I had the pleasure of hiring Ethan Kass to my team at Chess.com in the role of Producer. Ethan consistently stood out with many key attributes. First (and this is in no particular order), is his unmatched attention to detail. Whether it was spelling on a graphic or effective communication, nothing ever got by Mr. Kass' eagle eyes. Second, is Ethan's enthusiasm to better the product and himself. Never would you see him with a sense of complacency. Ethan always strived to make whatever show he was a part of better - both with an envelope-pushing mentality and making sure everything was executed smoothly. As a leader, Ethan constantly pushed himself to be a more effective communicator and leader, even when he was spot on. Lastly, is his creativity and willing to pitch original ideas. This is related to making the show better, but it is worth pointing out that Ethan's commitment to new, fresh, creative, and compelling ways of telling a story is an extremely prominent part of his character. In summary, any company would be so lucky to have Ethan Kass on their team.

Ethan was one of the brightest and hard working PAs that I worked with at ESPN. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help out not only me but also his fellow PAs to make sure the job got done. I really appreciated the fact that Ethan and I had a relationship where we could be honest with one another, which is very important as far as growth and development is concerned in my opinion. Ethan takes feedback and coaching well and will immediately implement that feedback into his work to improve.

Ethan is very creative and knowledgeable about current events and what's popular, and anyone who adds him to their team is not only getting a good employee but also a good person as well.
